Why work with
Design Bar
Interiors?
We believe in the extraordinary power of people. That belief is our North Star. It shapes how we design, how we lead, how we build our team, who we work with, and how Design Bar evolves.
Our Why is simple: To empower extraordinary people to do extraordinary things by giving them the freedom to become the fullest expression of who they are.
It starts with our own people, but it doesn’t end there. We build roles around passions and strengths. Our designers are free to develop their own creative identities, and we invite our clients into every step of the creative process. We surround talented people with other talented people who make the ideas, the work, and each other better.
Beautiful spaces are what we create, and people are at the heart of all we do.
Different perspectives, aesthetics, instincts, and creative ideas make the work richer. We believe the most interesting spaces come from bringing them together, our designers, clients, architects, builders, craftspeople, artists, and vendors all contributing to something authentic, unexpected, and full of soul.
THERE IS NO SINGULAR DESIGN BAR AESTHETIC.
and that’s intentional
LUXURY IS MORE THAN WHAT SOMETHING LOOKS LIKE. IT’S HOW IT FEELS.
Beauty matters. Obviously, we are interior designers!
But beauty alone isn’t enough. We want to create spaces that feel personal and support the way people actually live, gather, rest, celebrate, and connect. And we want the experience of creating them to feel just as good.
We care deeply about how we communicate, solve problems, and treat one another along the way. The best projects happen when talented, kind, open people come together with mutual trust and respect.
Behind it all are thoughtful systems, clear processes, and people who care deeply about doing things well, giving creativity more room to unfold.
Because good design is good for the soul.
HOME HAS THE POWER TO CHANGE HOW PEOPLE EXPERIENCE LIFE.
We believe everyone deserves the dignity, comfort, connection, and belonging of a thoughtfully furnished home.
That’s why a portion of the profits from Design Bar furnishings supports Furnish Hope, a Central Oregon nonprofit helping furnish homes for individuals and families in need. FURNISH HOME. FURNISH HOPE.
